P.E.I blue dot reserve Beef
Our beef comes from beautiful PEI. Blue dot reserve is hand raised and hand picked making it unparalleled in quality, consistency, and tantalizing taste. All the cattle are raised on small family farms, and eat the highest quality of grass, fodder, and potatoes. It's superior marbling, and consistency make this beef a top tier AAA. We love our fully traceable beef from pasture to plate!
Ontario Chicken
We sell fresh Ontario chicken, from King Capon farm.
They are a family run farm that has been rated AA provincially for over 65 years. The birds are grown slowly and naturally, with a well balanced feed with a natural nutrient density to achieve the ideal weight with out compromising the quality of life. Every chicken is hung dried and hand cut with knives. You can definately taste the difference!!
Ontario Pork
Our pork comes from Ontario farms that raise their hogs, and grow their crops on the same farm. They are field fed, with no chemicals or hormones and are fully traceable. They pride themselves on a no-waste production, and all the hogs are within a 3 hour drive from the processing plant.
Fresh fish and seafood
From sea to table, every step is designed to elevate the freshness and the quality of our seafood. Buying directly from the source, our fish mongers are able to provide quality, variety, and sustainability. Sea core has a fresh catch mission in which all seafood products must reach the highest quality of food standards. Recognizing our role in helping ensure a sustainable future for the seafood we buy and sell, and overall health of our Oceans and lakes.
